Brad helped us sort out the problem. Seems that the one sailboat on the dock is in just the right place to interfere with the satellite dish controller, sending it into a search mode regularly. After pointing the unit manually, the problem seems to have gone away unless the wind blows rather hard. Once they (or we) move, I will put the unit back in automatic mode and verify that it tracks correctly, but the sailboat would seem to be the most obvious cause of our woes. Brad, as always, is amazing and has saved us an ungodly amount of headaches with these things, I appreciate all of the support! I appreciate your help as well Sean, it’s an incredibly rare thing in this business.
