Hey Guys. I recently bought a Parasound T3 tuner from you guys. I gave a positive feedback rating after the item arrived. Today I got an unexpected delivery, it was a user manual for the tuner. I just wanted to thank all of you guys for your efforts and excellent customer service. Not many people provide service AFTER the sale anymore. You went above and beyond. I also want to apologize for possibly seeming like an a**hole when I brought up the wrong picture thing. The tuner was exactly as you listed and I appreciate your patience. If I lived closer to you guys, I would take you out and buy a round. Thanks again!
