I just received my speakers 30 minutes ago, and am now enjoying my new audio sound!! I have tested them with solo piano music, string quartet music, and a Mahler symphony. Even though the speakers are at a moderate level, they are delivering crisp, clean sound in all ranges. And the bass is amazing without a sub!!
Little did I know that when I stopped in 2 weeks ago “just to look and see what’s out there” I would not only find, but buy the speakers for which I had been looking. Your honesty and knowledge were the clinchers for the deal- being a musician and not an audiophile I appreciated your honest and straightforward explanations which helped me pick the perfect pair of speakers for my tastes and budget. Also – kudos to your shipping department – they did the turn around in an expedited manner which is much appreciated!
Small world – the man who bought my B&W speakers on eBay is a friend of Richard Vandersteen! Was quite impressed when I told him what my replacement speakers were – turns out there is not a dealer in the Chicago area, so am feeling very lucky that I stopped in when I was in town.
