I especially appreciated the adjustments you made to accommodate my schedule, as well as willingness to address my requests to customize certain features of the overall system i.e. installing to my homes configurations recessed speakers without a loss of audio quality and other adjustments you made for components I had and wanted to keep vs. buying the latest models with features I didn’t need at this time.
